Galaxy Note 2 problem

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I have been having problems for the past few days with my handset.

When making and receiving calls the speaker keeps crackling and cutting in and out. It is not a network problem as I have tried it in various places with full signal and have had no problems. I have tried calling landlines as well and the same problem occurs which leads me to think there is a problem with my handset?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I was lucky Jonsie, twice they failed to fix it and not once did they blame water for the issue.

I'm just an old sceptic. I once had a Samsung U600 that was returned to O2 for a speaker problem and was told by Anovo that it was due to being in contact with water which I knew was completely incorrect. I requested they return the phone and sent it off to Samsung who replaced the speaker without any suggestion of the problem being caused by moisture.

Maybe they have now changed repairers?

Did the 'failed to fix it twice' not give it away? Smiley LOL

Been having an experiment, due to not been able to get to an o2 store till the new year, if I unclip the back cover it seems to work better, still cuts out intermittently but not as often as before. Seems odd but I guess for the time being I can just use headphones / speaker.
