how can I email someone about why I was not told about the discount availlable if you paid up-front for an HTC one M?
When I asked I was told that they did not take payments in the shop for the phone, no mention of the discount outlined on your upgrade sites.

O2 No longer have an email service for general enquiries. I would recommend you call customer services on 202 for free to discuss your concerns.
If that doesn't give you your desired solution then you can then (only after you have tried customer services) contact complaints via email at complaintreviewservice@o2.com
Please let us know how you get on
