I have been waiting and googling without success 😞

 

In work on friday my phone pocket dialled emergency services.

 

I found out when i checked my phone and the below message was on my phone.

 

Its still on my phone i clear notification settings and it just re-appears. 

 

How long do i have to wait before my numbers are locked again please ?

It will remain on until you restart your phone.

It was designed that way to ensure that anyone could call you back after an emergency, even if you had previously blocked the number.

Thank you i have restarted my phone hope thats solved it.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Display.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and switch on the option Keep Screen Turned Off.

It's the accidental touch protection on yours.
If still coming on in pocket you'll need to set a pin code on lock screen and enable immediate lock when screen off.

Thank you for your help @MI5  but its got a screen lock on it but still does it ?

 

Is there something else i should be doing please ?

Smart lock is an option to keep the phone unlocked if it is connected to another device via bluetooth for example.
Devices such as a smartwatch, bluetooth speaker, car phone system etc.
