I have a Ballistic case for mine. Its not cheap at around £35 but protects the phone even if you drop it from a fair height. With that case no need for accidental damage insurance

I use a Samsung original s-Cover for the Note 4, not cheap at £30 but it's ideal for my needs, especially the autowake when opened.

Griffin products are my cases of choice
Has anyone ever damaged their phone so much even a case wouldn't protect it? My friend's phone was driven over by a car....the case shattered!

No, touch wood, I look after my phones and have never had the misfortune to lose or damage one. The Nexus 7...a different story but not my fault.....:smileywink:
