Hi,
I bought a 12 month contract today for one of your plans but cannot access data until I download the esim to the phone, unfortunately my account doesn't day I have brought a product and I cant login to the O2 app to get access to service either whilst I am in Europe.

You need to contact O2 but I doubt there is much that can be done until you are back in the UK.
