Hi all,
Hopefully these are a quick and easy set of questions
My current phone (Samsung Galaxy from 2015) is too old to run the NHS Covid app, so I was going to get a Galaxy A10 to replace it and access the app. My queries are:
- O2 is my current network, so if I put the SIM from my old phone into the new one, will I still have my PAYG credit and phone number to use?
- The old phone has a micro SIM and the new one will use a nano SIM - am I right in thinking that O2 can still convert a micro to a nano at their shops?
Thanks in advance for any answers!

1 - You will retain your credit as long as it's the same account.
2 - You may be able to push the middle out of your sim to make it Nano, but if not, any O2 store wil swap your sim for free.
