Good morning,
I have decided to renew my phone and move to a new service provider and I require the PAC number for my phone so that I can retain my number. Can you supply me the PAC number please.

Please remove your mobile number (click options on your post, then edit and remove the number).
If you are on contract then you can do this through the My o2 app, otherwise you will need to contact customer services.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
