Hi,

02 will not block calls normally unless things get to the police level.

They would however change your contact number for once free.

Contract Customers.

From your O2 mobile 202 Free

From a landline 0844 809 0202 5p / min

PAYG Customers.

From your O2 mobile 4445 25p per call

From a landline 0844 809 0222 5p / min

Live Chat Services are fine for Low Level General Enquiries, not connected to Account Enquiries.

Apple's soon new to be released iOS 7 will have number blocking capabilities.

A jail-broken iPhone can also block calls via tweaks.

If this person wont stop calling/texting you after speaking to them then you could take it to the next level {police} if the calls are threatening or causing you stress.

If you have a Samsung, the phone has the inbuilt option to do that within call or message settings.

You can also download AVG antivirus app from Google Play which will give you the option of blocking individual numbers.
