With the BT sports app I just login with my email and password.
You can create an account a www.bt.com or as yours is through Sky, you may need to use your Sky account details?
According to this you need to use the skygo app https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go-Apps/BT-Sport-on-Sky-Go/td-p/3130294
