I'm no tech expert but I've just done a search and everything I can find on animojis refer to iPhones only. No other make of phones are mentioned.
I'd take that to mean that they are only on iPhones but the techier members of our community may know more and will no doubt correct me later on in the morning.

@Shells261 Animoji’s is only for the newest iPhones as far as I am aware

I just double checked.... and yes it appears Animojis are only available on iPhones.
Though I was reading this article which does tell you about a clone Animoji app available for Android

It's called MRRMRR and is available on Playstore
