If you do a google search there are plenty of places that repair S4 cracked screens. (Would probably work out much cheaper than sending it to O2.
You could also give Samsung a call and see how much they would charge?

Either send it to Samsung for repair or get an estimate from a local mobile store.
Depending on how you feel about DIY you can buy for under £20 and fix it yourself.

I have replaced a few iPhone screens for friends who have bought the DIY kits - usually there is a video somewhere to help you, so as long as you take it slow and steady doing it yourself is an option.
