I've had my Galaxy S4 for just over 2 years now. First two years were paying it off, currently now on a sim only contract -as I wanted to keep my handset Not got insurance on my phone, and recently dropped and cracked the screen Does anyone have any advice on how best to solve this? Thank you in advance

As it's out of warranty the cheapest places will be your local market stall or independent phone shop.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you do a google search there are plenty of places that repair S4 cracked screens. (Would probably work out much cheaper than sending it to O2.

You could also give Samsung a call and see how much they would charge?

I have replaced a few iPhone screens for friends who have bought the DIY kits - usually there is a video somewhere to help you, so as long as you take it slow and steady doing it yourself is an option.

Take this opportunity & splash out on a new sim free phone then just pop your SIM card in

Thank you for all the replies Interestingly was quoted; £200 by local O2 store, £140 by local Timpsons store, and £40 local market store...... Not sure I'm brave enough to DIY, a bit rubbish with things like that

The phone is only worth around £80 so go for the cheapest option.
