Need to know what constitues data on my plan for mobile. I do not seems to getting the usage of the £10 per month I am paying for.

Data use is indicated in mb's in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Whenever you go on the internet or use an app, it will consume data. The data you are paying for is mobile data but if you are connected to wifi, it is free and will not come off your allowance.
