Is it chargd ?
Try a different charger if unsure.
Also try holding the power key for 20 to 30 seconds and remove an reinsert the battery to see if anything helps.
Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
