Also try cleaning your sim card and rebotting the phone.

Same here. Ever since ive upgraded to 10gb deal. Ive lost my 4g. Since then ive had a new sim card. Ive tried it in 3 different phones. Ive reset my phone. Settings reset. Enable 4g. Still no 4g??? And rubbish customer service from O2. Really they should be ashamed.

I almost guarantee that they have put you on a Blackberry data bolt on.
You need to call and insist they check the bolt on and ensure 4G is enabled on your account.
