Long story short...upgraded my phone on 04/08/22 and to date I have heard nothing of my gift card. Been chasing Customer Service since 01/09/22 and all they say is to contact help@o2redeem.co.uk
I have emailed this address and I get a reply saying that this email is no longer in service. Customer Service have basically refused to help?
Has anyone else had the same problem? I am so fed up that I have submitted a complaint to Trading Standards. I feel like I have been well and truly conned
