2nd Sim Slot not working on S20 + 5G

Hello,

The second sim slot on my S20 does not seem to work. I have tried multiple sims in it, including 2 known working o2 sims but it dosent detect the sim card, is this a known problem?

I thought the S20 sold by O2 was only single sim?

Isn't the other slot for an SD card?

Hi, it can fit an SD card or a 2nd sim, theres options for the 2nd sim in the settings so i assumed it supported it, i thought it was only the US version that were single sim?

2nd sim is an eSim I believe.

Thanks, why is there a physical second sim slot then? It has the cutouts for a sim card, and it fits perfectly? When i researched this phone before i purchased it said it supported two physical sim cards 😕

Thats bizarre, the person on o2 chat is now saying it should work? And that 2 sims are in fact supported?

Must be faulty then.

Maybe chatting to Samsung is a better idea?
