I am new to 02 and my last provider had a remote access facility where in the resolution of problems they would access my phone through the computer and resolve the problem does O2 offer this facility and if so how do I contact this.

You can get a bolt on called O2 Techies (£7.65 per month) but I doubt it gives remote access.
