Tried to increase tariff and I have been disconnected

They do that if you request a new sim.

Contact O2 to see if they can reconnect your old one.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on  0344 809 0202 from another phone or Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
