I was victim of a fraudulent claim on or around 3rd April which I reported to O2 on the 12th April a high end iPhone was purchased and my O2 package altered from £17 monthly 1Gb to £26 100Gb deal!
I have continuously been in contact with O2 operatives daily some weeks, I have been block from making outside calls twice received letters demanding payment for new fraudulent phone that I'm not in possession and new increased payments for new turbo charged 100Gb deal that I haven't agreed to or made.
O2 operatives are polite seem helpful but are unable to contact O2's Fraud team directly? Only via email request escalating my case but with out a response from their fraud team?
I am a 64 years old , dialyse from home, on the transplant list, a diabetic and require a phone to contact my hospital and Dr's regular it is a life line.
I have had my phones outgoing calls up to present blocked twice, received two threatening letters and numerous text reming me to pay a phone I don't own and a service I never asked for.
Does anyone know how to get O2 Fraud teams attention and get them to contact me.

We normally recommend calling customer services just after 8am to get through to the UK, but apparently you can also request it @Davi_3
If you have social media you can try messaging o2 on there - you also have it written down that way too.
