I'm not sure haha thinking about it your probably right. Any updates on yours? Woke up to a notification from DPD saying its on It's way to my local depot so hoping i get it today, just waiting for a time slot so fingers crossed.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling? If that doesnt work, your My O2 needs a reset by O2.

Either call or use social media (Which is UK based.)

Message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help. Or call them on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

The best way is through the website rather than the App, as it seems to be more reliable than the app, as I use it more than the App

Haven’t had an update on my delivery status all weekend. Still saying 2 weeks away when it should be down to the last week. Anyone else ordered on 14th around 10am got a similar timeline?

I ordered on 13th at 16:30 over the phone, managed to get on and confirm/accept the order later that evening. Had a few emails and messages last week to say my order had been delayed, still says 2-weeks on the estimated delivery time.

Hopefully there’s a load of activity on Tuesday again!

DHL tracking number not working, saying that is waiting for the carrier to pick up.
