I think my order maybe stuck  in system somewhere then as no updates since I pre ordered the watch.

The preorders seem a mess with o2 this year for watches and iPhones.

They do advertise it when they have a clearer idea what the delays could be, if you to order it now it’s saying over 4-weeks. The reason the lead times change is because they have no control over when they get the stock and Apple will only give rough estimates.

The UK is a small place, O2 have roughly 23million customers. AT&T in the US, Apple’s home market have 233million. O2 are small fish in a big pond and they can’t dictate to Apple or make demands.

Where else are we all going to go? Even if we vote with our feet the demand and wait times will shift to the new network or retailer. Unless this is your first time pre-ordering this isn’t new, there’s delays every single year across all retailers and networks.

Despite CS promising my delivery by tomorrow, I'm now being told the order hasn't even been processed and there a further delay of god knows how long. Am getting sick of being lied to by CS, order has been cancelled and currently in the process of cancelling my remaining contracts with them. Absolute shambles

i think people have said it before but CS especially online just make things up as they go along.

I know you have said you have cancelled but I have had it previous years where CS were telling me the order is delayed for six weeks and then in the next hour I get a dispatch text,  this was for the iPhone 7 I believe so going back a few years.

as my delivery days was due to 20/09 I’m just going hold for another week or so before cancelling

but I’ve stopped speaking to CS as like I said they make stuff up as they go along

it’s a shame really all O2 need to do is just update our order status with some realistic updates

Has anyone else on here ordered the PM 1TB BLACK and had any status updates or delivery of their phone that was ordered on opening day of pre-orders and/or showing a 20th Sept delivery date?
