I have just been spammed by o2 , as my tariff has been changed and the status says Completed with Tracking Links 

And the photo has changed to iPhone 16 PM in myo2

I have a sneaky feeling they wont change until booked in to the store, as I said they will be part of a bulk delivery to the store is my current  thinking..

I am the same as you, so I spoke to O2 on live chat, and they just said they are waiting for details from their distributor to then update their side. Everyone else's seems to be updating, but mine isn't... Seems like last year's issues all over again! Didn't get my 15PM until November... Dosen't help when you don't work from home all the time and trying to know when to request to WFH!

My click and collect order says processing but not in transit and is estimated delivery for tomorrow. Im concerned it wont be in tomorrow as everyone elses says in transit and I can still cancel?

Finally was able to order mine. iPhone 16 pro 256gb desert to arrive tomorrow 😁 ordered the 46mm watch too in jet black from elsewhere. Can’t wait now 🤣😁
