@Roblloret28 my order is a click and collect order, you don’t receive tracking details for click and collect orders but it shows in MyO2 as being in transit to the store since Monday night, some others who have chosen click and collect are seeing the same thing. I assume they’ve been packaging orders up, creating shipping labels which in turn is updating people’s order status's

Just a standard upgrade from sim only for me. I did notice a bit of a trend for click and collect orders being updated ahead of other orders. At least you know yours is gonna be there to collect on the day. 👍🏼

So today is the day we should all see movement, so my order is click and collect, the my orders section of MyO2 has been showing that the device has been “in transit” since Monday night, I have received no tracking number (although you normally don’t with click and collect anyway), I’ve also not received a dispatch email yet either, I’m going to go into my local store today to see if it has been delivered to store and not booked in yet or whether they can at least provide a tracking number.

Anyone else with a click and collect order?

I've had no tracking/message from DPD or any signs of movement from O2.

I'd have thought with it being delivered to me I'd have some kind of actual update by now.

Anyone else getting home delivery?
