What I have noticed is the Click and Collect orders seem to have been dispatched the others may be not so much..

Mine was marked as dispatched on Monday evening, with DPD tracking number and I ordered online. My wife had to go in store and her account says the same as mine (about order in transit and can't be cancelled) but no DPD message yet.
There's bound to be some logic to how they're processing the orders, but I'm not sure what it is. I'm sure they know what they're doing though and I'm sure people quoted the 20th will get theirs on release day as it seems like there was quite a bit more stock this time.
Or maybe it's that demand wasn't that strong. Or maybe it's just because the website and online ordering was a mess as preorders went live

@madasaf1sh don’t think anything has been physically dispatched yet, think they’re just packaging up getting them ready to go

I think they will be crating them up for the stores @Benlfc so they can be sent out at the same time, as makes sense to do one bulk delivery on Monday next week 🤣😛

Has anyone had issues on switch up ?
I get as far as signing the documents and getting an order confirmation but on o2 end it's saying I still need to sign the documents
4 times I've tried since Friday same issue
Every time the order has been sitting in my basket with an error message on it
I've been told to wait 72 hours

I had a similar issue on pre-order day, I got all the way to the final confirm order button and it kicked me out. When I went back in it wouldn’t let me confirm the order, it said there was an error. The message said I should contact customer services, everything was saved and they would process it. I called customer services they told me to wait 72 hours and it would clear off automatically and I could place the order again.
I managed to log into MyO2 to clear the cart and call customer services who processed the switch up for me.
