Please don't do that. There's no way that will end well. I'd be taking it to a store and getting some sort of confirmation of the condition you left it in, at the very least!
@Saz2807
fingers crossed for you!
Allegedly O2 didn't receive any 1TB units at all, but didn't tell customers until after midnight on the Friday. I mean, if they were sat in the warehouse expecting them any minute fair enough, but seems they're still OOS I'd have imagined Apple might have communicated this to them in advance!

@MetRP102 thanks mate. I have decided not to do anything until the complaints email or the 4 executive team people I emailed respond. Currently it’s the o2 store and me vs customer services. Plus the customer returns and repair team are based in India yet the address is in Norwich. They even said oh if you send it to us randomly it wouldn’t complete the switch up.

Apples communications with Enterprise is absolute garbage, and they send out what they have via distributors, ie Ingram MIcro, added to the fact Apple immediately put the 1TB devices on 4-6week lead times direct, after there own website glitched tells you all about Apple..
The Norwich Address is Ingram Micro from memory, and is the same place all recycle phones go to..

Still, I'm sure O2 would have known about the delay long before they told their customers... Regardless of Apple's tactics!
The phones do go to Norwich, but can you imagine @Darin sending his phone there with no context, a little note inside saying "customer service told me to send it here to complete my switch up"? It most certainly would be a headache to resolve!

Has anyone been through the complaint process? Do they have uk based staff to address this sort of thing or is it all offshore based now? Was thinking whether it’s worth sending a written complaint letter via post if there’s still some uk people.

Yes it is UK staff if emailing the Exec Members of o2, keep the email polite and to the point, if you email over a weekend it will get picked up early next week, from past experience.. and if the email is about something new dont email the exec relations team direct..

Send it Norwich, with out any reference number, it will end up been recycled and no one will know what its for... @MetRP102
I doubt it to be honest, having order 100's of iPhones from Apple they only tell you once they have dispatched goods and you get an on back order notice, and that is it... I would imagine o2 will be in the same boat... Apple hate profit sharing

@madasaf1sh Many thanks for the advice. It’s actually amazing there’s people on here that know more than customer service.
