So in the end, I managed to snag an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Deep Purple from Apple before O2 ever fulfilled the pre-order. I cancelled it with them.
Pretty happy overall, but I don’t think I’ll be pre-ordering from them again.

Thanks for trying to help, I've just emailed credit referrals to see if they can help.
If they can't then I'll have to move provider or wait till they accept my credit again. I'm told this could be longer than 30 days, even though they have already approved me 3 times 🤣😬

A huge warning to anyone having their Iphone delivered by DHL.
Mine should've come Monday, scanned onto van and nothing, same again Tuesday scanned onto van and nothing.
I checked their website and they posted a service update specifically regarding Iphone/Apple deliveries.
It seems they are holding back all iphone/apple products in their warehouse until a designated day, then sending a van out with just apple products/iphones and delivering them all on the same day. So don't expect to receive it next day if DHL is your courier unless you get lucky. They will hold it back until a day that suits them and then send them all out together in one go.
Shameful from DHL and terrible service. Hope and pray you get DPD

Speak to Apple they have major issues with getting iPhones outside of their own sales channels, and now some of the Foxconn factories in China are closed its going to get a whole lot worse...
All UK networks and non Apple direct channels are in the same boat...

Just to add to the above, FoxConn, have announced a reduction in production of the iPhone 14
You could be in for a very long wait if you want a iPhone 14....

I just wanted to pop in to apologise for the ongoing delivery constraints regarding iPhone - particularly the Pro and Pro Max models. When you order, you're shown (or quoted, if ordered by phone or in-store) an estimated delivery timescale which is when we aim to deliver within. Unfortunately the global supply chain issues currently being experienced by Apple are ongoing which is something that impacts all retailers worldwide, and is also something that is likely to mean potential delays to some orders.
We haven’t been given confirmed delivery dates by Apple, but we anticipate that the stock will be delivered within the next few weeks. We'd like to reassure customers that as soon as your order is able to be fulfilled, you'll receive confirmation your device has been dispatched or is ready to be collected from your nominated store. Just to emphasise, our customer service teams are unable to provide you with any more accurate delivery dates or timescales; as soon as we have stock to fulfil your order, you'll be notified.
