Ignore my above comment asking what you ordered lol, Only just seen this! I'm waiting on the 128GB 14 Pro Max Deep Purple. I guess they're still waiting on those then.

I ordered mine on the 20th and delivery is supposed to be today, but I'd forgotten how awful DHL are.
Just had a text giving me a delivery slot (that expired over an hour ago).
On their website it says it's still at the depot >.<
I don't know why people still use DHL, I don't think I've ever had a single delivery arrive on time.

Update, DHL have now sent me this message: "We're sorry but we haven’t been able to deliver as our driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address"

o2 customer service and o2 shop where i suppose to pick the device up are so rude. hang up the call when i’m profoundly deaf and i’ve to use typetalk to get in touch with them. i’ve received an email and text messages from o2 said that my tariff have been change so i went on my o2 app to check it then somehow the device plan for iphone 14 pro max appear on the app which i’ve to pay in 9 days. so i went to check my order update, the order status is complete also it’s been dispatched to the store i selected to collect. yes i said order status is complete but i’ve not got the new device yet! how is that possible?!?!?!

It might be complete as in it’s been delivered to store but not collected yet.
Might be worth, if the store is close by popping in and seeing what is occurring.

the order update thing has 4 things list like order - complete, order - processing, order - ready to pick up and the last one is collected but i can’t see them anymore they have disappear when i tried to check my order tracking update. it just display like i’ve received the device. the store i’m suppose to collect said i’ve to contact customer service because they don’t have them in the store

Well, the phone arrived... without a sim card... and the one from my XR doesn't fit.
Just rang O2 and they said 2-3 working days to get one to me, so now I'm the proud owner of a £1,300 brick.
Utterly useless. I asked about a sim when I ordered the phone and they assured me there would be a new one.
