Hi everyone! 

Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like: 

• Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer? 
• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you?

Hi - just signed up with O2 on monthly sim only plan.
Previously with Lebara ( Vodafone network ) and found sound quality poor. Customer service though was very good - if not a little matter-of-fact.

I’m expecting 02 voice quality to be better; is this wishful thinking? I’ve also had my data doubled via Virgin media association.

I’ve been talking with O2 customer services last couple of days. When they eventually get round to you, they are quite good at resolving the issue at hand.

🙏🏼it turns out to be the right move. 👍

@Mi-Amigo  runs quizzes 2/3 times a week. We also have threads on Football, TV shows, a Naughty Step, Formula 1 and loads of other fun stuff...As well as a Virtual lounge where you can pop in for a chat, a virtual drink and talk about anything (except mobile phones) Lol x.
