Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like: 

• Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer? 
• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you?

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm glad to say that the questions I initially had have been resolved and the person involved now has the contract they need, albeit that it took 1 hour 45 mins to arrange it on the 'phone!

I now have another question of my own:

I have a PAYG SIM and only top up with £10 every few months as I rarely use it. However, I topped up recently with £20 and I see today that I apparently have:

2,978 texts
12,000 minutes of O2 calls
100mb

It then says to make sure I use them by 22nd November! Does this mean that I will lose the whole balance that I topped up with? Until now my balance was only used up with texts and calls made over the next six months or so until I needed to top up again?
