Hi guys,

The magical time of the month has arrived; Your lovely community rewards wink

For those of you who are unaware, O2 Community Rewards are for those members of the community who are really helpful, friendly and supportive of others through their community content and through creating great guides and reviews. PM me if you have any questions, or would like to get more involved!

 

Also, each month I ask you all to nominate a piece pf content or a post that you think has been really helpful or beneficial for everyone. I'm pleased to announce that (by a landslide) @MI5's really useful Ransomware removal guide. Well done to MI5!

We tested using devices within our team and will now see if another line can be used to make the messages effective. When we did our first test, they were sent and received fine, but there was clearly an issue before they got to you all haha.

Hi @MI5

No, that was the first text out to you guys after the test. The content (i.e. about you and your reward figure) was removed for some reason when they sent, but I my team confirmed that they went out with the right content. As I said earlier though, they think they have cracked it slight_smile
