Yes, I have it too now, thanks.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Out of interest, do O2 consider Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (Social Media) as ways to reach out to subscribers...?

Should there be a 5th option in that part of the Contact Preferences?

You can switch to desktop mode on android although you will need to access the data with a suitable app.
Leave your candy-colored cans in the toy chest and try a pair of proper headphones.

It's good to see that the close account feature works and that you become 'anonymous'.
