Hi all,

 

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling. 

 

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

 

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

"Post New Topic" is one I quite like. The word "post" clears up some ambiguities.

If it were to ever be changed and this would not be before a lot of consideration, it could not really be any longer than it is now, but I really like all of them so far so keep them coming if you have any other ideas.

Why does it need the Spanish Inquisition? Many new people have problems starting a new thread because it isn't clear to them, surely it wouldn't be difficult to change?

By that MI5 I meant that I would want to discuss it with Leonard as well as thinking about the long-term benefits and discussing it with other members of the O2 team. I also think it would need to be a request to Lithium who run the forum software.

I'm behind this idea though, as you say a number of members may have found it difficult over the past few months. slight_smile

I hope that makes sense?

Grumpy O2 customer! 

Not happy with so called "gurus" who deny there is a problem send text messages to Optus netwirk in Oz when there is a forum here and on the Optus website.....grrrrrr Smiley Mad
