Hi all,

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are

Hi, I'm new to this game..

I upgraded my phone today and was given a new sim card. My old phone has now stopped working but the new one hasn't kicked in yet. Any ideas how long? I was told as soon as the old one stopped the new one would be OK and working.

Hiya,

I am new to the O2 community page and I'm not sure if I'm being a bit daft or not, but and trying to find out how to post a question!!

I need to post a question about data usage and can find other people's conversations, but can't find how to start a new thread!

I would really appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction please?

Once you get to the subsection you want there's a blue button in the top left corner under your user name. That's the one you need:)

This is an interesting point Liquid. I'll have a look around and also think about alternatives, or indeed whether 'New message' is best as it is.
