Hi all,

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling.

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Hope to speak soon!

Leonard

Ok, so now its a long painful wait......I made my mind up and have ordered the Sony Xperia S from Phones 4 U (same monthly cost as the O2 contract with out the £59.99 up front fee for the phone!) now just have to wait a week, or more for the order to be processed and delivered........a week can seem like a VERY long time!! Smiley Frustrated

Hi Leonard, I know it's possible to get e mails/on line facility, how do I know what is on any phone? I don't need anything too complicated, but it would be useful to access my online account if I'm on holiday. I'm on pay monthly, so what would it cost, please?

How can i give you my email details?

Immey

You can check the specifations in the online shop to see what each phone has, or ask here about any particular model.

All the phones are in the shop here:

http://shop.o2.co.uk/mobile_phones/Pay_Monthly

You can access your account anytime by using the O2 app, texting "balance" to 21202 or logging into MyO2 on this site.

Your Pay Monthly costs will depend on which contract you choose.

We can't really choose one for you but if you tell us what you want from a phone we can advise a bit better.

I thought it was a blank text to 21202 to detour balance that no longer gives data remaining... GGGGRRRRR
