Hi all,

 

I'd like to welcome one and all to the O2 Community! Its a great place to get advice, post your feedback and talk about your ideas for the network. If you have a question that you need some advice on, head over to the devices section or the other products and services section. You can also get rewarded for helping others as well chat about anything you like in the off-topic section.

 

I'm Toby, the community coordinator of the forum. I also work with Marjo who is the head of community and Marina who is also a community coordinator like me. I've been working on the community since August 2012. It's been great so far and I look forward to hearing from many more of you :slight_smile:

 

If you have any questions about the forum, suggestions or just want to have chat, please don't hesitate to give me a shout.

Been fixing the fence round my house today. Forgot how ropey the area was! Think Thailand or Liverpool would be safer!

Hi Cairdeas, thanks.

Got my Sim through and it does work, and it is my number, which is a relief. O2 decided to cut off the data from the incorrect replacement sim yesterday before I got home to get hold of the new one. Bit of a pain really as could have done with it on a round trip to Liphook. Going to see if there is a feedback/complaint form somewhere on the website. Just to make myself feel a little better that O2 realise the customer service lacked a bit!

The only feedback form is through the link for complaints at the bottom of the page or possibly @Toby could feed something back for you.

ok @Cleoriff here goes I'm kasia & live in scotland small town called Dumfries been with 02 since we moved back here from belguim then recently I moved to vodafone :slight_smile:
