Hi guys
as we have a few O2 gurus contributing in the community during their spare time, we have decided to extend the rewards to O2 employees who participate in a personal capacity (obviously with the exclusion of the community and social teams).

That's fair enough, they give up their time just like everyone else to try and help out customers. We all learn from these guys.

I would most certainly. I have been in customer service in one way or another all my working life. Every job I have had has involved direct contact with the public.
