Important change in the O2 Community Rewards T&Cs

Hi guys

 

as we have a few O2 gurus contributing in the community during their spare time, we have decided to extend the rewards to O2 employees who participate in a personal capacity (obviously with the exclusion of the community and social teams).

 

Please refer to the newly added point 1.12 of the O2 Community Rewards Terms & Conditions for full details.

That's fair enough, they give up their time just like everyone else to try and help out customers. We all learn from these guys.

I would most certainly. I have been in customer service in one way or another all my working life. Every job I have had has involved direct contact with the public.

It does, and I do.... Many of us do we we have to declare our allegiance in the same way your guy's do.
