Hey, everyone wave

Today 1 November 2023, Disney has announced some changes by launching a new Disney+ pricing structure with three separate plans. The three plans being introduced are Standard With Ads, Standard, and Premium. More details on this structure and what is included can be seen in the table below ↘️

However at this moment in time, there is NO CHANGE to any current Disney+ Extra and customers can continue to use Disney+ just as they do currently with no extra cost or changes to their service.

If required you can find more information here

Thanks for listening 😊

Thanks for the info @Dave-O2

I did hear this yesterday.

Netflix are also putting fees up. My Netflix is included in my Sky Package, so I'm expecting to hear from Sky sooner rather than later!!

Do you have information @Dave-O2 as to which package O2 will be offering with new/upgrade contracts as an added extra?

You're welcome @Cleoriff 👍

@jonsie Good question 😉 Customers will continue to receive all the features of the Premium package and pay the same price as the Standard package. This will also include new customers signing up after 1 November.

Most generous, let's hope that gets sold on as one of the benefits for moving to, or sticking with, O2 - like the EU Roaming, Priority, etc. Heaven knows, the porting-in disasters of late have been putting enough people off, judging by comments elsewhere on the Forum 😬
