Afternoon all 

 

Something a little different this time, i've decided to add 3 months worth of Community Rewards on this occasion, as this will be the last time i will be responsible for this task, and it gives my successor, whoever that may be a few months to organise their tasks......

 

Here are your November, December & January Community Rewards 😎 

 

Please find more information below on the O2 Community Rewards for November, December & January below.

 

These are now separated into three different categories  Gold (£20), Silver (£10), and Bronze (£5)

 

Every month we reward our most helpful members and those who have contributed to making the community a fun place to be with either a credit on your bill or PAYG balance.

 

These will be added to your usual accounts if you want your reward added to another account, please let me know, I'll also drop you a PM confirming the amount of your Reward.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I can only echo what @jonsie has said @Dave-O2 

Yes you have sorted out complex issues, joined in with the games and been more than helpful.

However, my personal thanks for the way you jumped into action and sorted out my grandsons account when  fraud was attempted on his account. I thought I'd sorted it,  then when I had the contract through the post, my second call resulted in O2 cutting off his phone (Just as he was going into an important meeting to do a presentation!) 

Normally if a phone is cut off for whatever reason, it's a 2-3 day wait for reconnection.  You sorted it in 30 minutes. Both Ben and I were so grateful.  You will be missed.
