O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

I ordered 64g Silver on Sunday 29th, late afternoon (for what it’s worth). Anyone else order theirs on this day or later, and have you heard anything about when to expect delivery? I’m not particularly bothered about the wait (it’s an expensive contract so the daily airtime credits are going to be helpful) but I’m just curious. O2 have been very quiet since they sent me all the legal emails on the day I signed up.

Just spoke with CS them and apparently they are getting more stock tomorrow..

I have just spoken to the team on CHAT. They confirmed that there is new stock available tomorrow. 

i then phoned the Customer Service team and they have no idea about any new stock coming tomorrow. 

So I dont know what to believe. It's probably more crap to keep you quiet...

Hi I got my shiny new iPhone X on Friday and I am trying to sign up to the O2 family plan discount but appear to having a few issues.

i get a text back from O2 saying I need to text loyalty, my existing phone number and all additional pay monthly numbers.

I have my number as the number I want to get the discount on and my mums number which is the number I’m using as the main line to get my discount.

in which order should these appear in the text format? Thanks

Exactly the same nonsense as the iPhone 7 release and pre order. This is precisely why I decided not to bother and just wait a few months. Avoid all this stress. Maybe later phones won’t have screen issues either. Who knows. Hope you all get your phones soon, but happy I waited now having read this thread.

I ordered mine later too but still in the preordering period. I’m ok if I receive it around December as my daughter is having my 7+ For Christmas. I love contacting live chat, are they chat robots?? I’m sure they are 😂. Last year with the 7+ I got it on launch day.
