Hi how to I change my volt as my number is registered on my mum’s account, and now I have my own address with my own virgin account

You'll need to update your address with O2 to the same as Virgin.

You can do this in your MyO2 or contact O2 to do it Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Is the broadband registered to your address or your mother's? Phone and broadband have to be at the same address.
