I am currently with Sky for broadband, TV and Landline and I am with O2 for my mobile.

I am wanting to switch everything to Virgin Media O2. Do I contact Virgin Media or O2. Prior to Virgin Media merging with O2 I would have contacted VM to do the switch, but because my mobile is with O2 should I ask O2 to do the switch.

The thing that worries me is if I contact VM to get the Ultimate Volt Bundle which includes an Unlimited O2 sim will I need to contact O2 for a PAC or will VM just change my current O2 tariff over automatically to the Unlimited data, mins and text Tariff.

Hope you can understand all that.

Many thanks

You will have to phone Virgin with regards to broadband.

They will obviously do the hard sell of you requiring an O2 SIM to get Volt, which isn't true.

If you take the Ultimate Volt with a new SIM it is just a matter of migrating your present number across. (Provided you are out of your minimum term on your present SIM)

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@djb2

As @Enlli says if you are already on o2, you do not need to take the Volt sim, you can get all of the packages with out, you just have to be insistent and tell them you dont want the Volt Sim, the best thing to do is call up.

I did this recently with my renewal and it was quite easy, once I explained to them that I was already a customer...
