Hello, just opened a new VOLT contract with VIRGIN/o2. The VIRGIN contract shows a sim of 10GB but o2 order shows 5GB. Who should I report this error to EASILY?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that, @RebaRoy – message them on Social Media if that works best for you - links just below.
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255.
It could be a 5GB contract that will be doubled to 10GB with a Volt Bolt-on as a VM and O2 customer. Sales should clarify that for you.
