I was told I was getting 4 GB, not 2 GB when I did the switch. Can this be amended, please?

If this is a Volt Sim, you need to wait until 14 days have passed before it the doubling of your allowance kicks in.
If you are over14 days you will need to contact o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 or just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
