Hi all ,
I'm on both 02 sim and VM fibre internet, both on the same address/name. Yet its been over 2 months and no Volt benefits have been applied. I keep getting the same message regarding " your volt benefits may have been applied " everytime I click on the volt icon on both the app and desktop.
Just going round in circles really. any help will be appreciated

I don't use any of those social media highlighted in those links. Surely there is a straightforward, old fashioned way to contact 02 for assistance via this site ?
