I'm in Florida, can I use my texts, minutes, and data here without any further costs or charges, please? This is an entry in the My O2 app:

 

Status: Active

 

Cost: £0.00

Start date: 28 Feb 2022

What you get:

 

Volt O2 Travel Inclusive gives you unlimited mins, unlimited texts and unlimited Roaming data for set of destinations, with no extra charge.

 

I can't get in touch with an O2 rep by phone at all to clarify this.

With the Volt Travel Bolt on you can use text, minutes and data in the USA.

However, O2 limit data speeds to 0.5Mbps, hardly useful for anything

Use WiFi when you can

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Graham_Phillips To call O2 customer service from the US: +44 7860 980 202 The call is free.

To call friends or family either in the UK or US use WhatsApp over WiFi, which is also free. Whoever you're calling must have the app as well.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
