why does my phone number show different

Hello so i made a call today to another country and they did not recognise the number that it was me because it came up with a completely different number 

my number is +447*** ****606 however the phone call they recieved was (0963) 931 8152 which is not my number could somebody please explain

i live in the UK and i was calling to the philippines

It's all down to the local receiving network and how they process the calls.
