using a galaxy watch on google pixel 6

i am thinking of upgrading from a samsung s20 to a google pixel 6 . will the galaxy watch including health apps still work , i have read reports that samsung health dosent work on  a non samsung phone

I'm using Samsung Health on my OnePlus phone.

Works fine.

You just need Android 8 or above.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@mickd1 You should note you can't use the ECG and Blood pressure checks on a non-samsung device (without some workarounds)
