Can you fix the screen of my iphone 8sPlus? It screen was broken last April. I just finished paying for my device contract this June 2020. Was trying to get hold of you but because of covid pandemic, no one was able to help me out.
This isnt customer service its a public forum. You will either need to contact o2 by call or visit a store to get phone sent in for chargeable repair. If you have o2 insurance you will need to call o2 to do a claim.
If you have no insurance you can take it to an apple store and they will fix it same day but will be chargeable repair also.
