refund issue

hi, 

so basically i have a refund waiting on my account and o2 have sent a cheque twice and its bounced twice, i have been trying to contact them but i cant ring them as it costing way too much, and also i cant hear on phone properly. due to health issues., how can i get this resolved. i have been waiting over a  month
